If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We can only offer replacements without additional costs if the following criteria are met:

• The items are defective: damaged, broken, or dirty upon arrival.
• Packages are lost in transit.

Note: Dulce Belle will not be responsible for any product lost due to incorrect addresses. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate before placing your order to avoid any issues with delivery.

Cancellations and Returns

• You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, it will be processed as a return.

• If the product has already been shipped, the return process will apply.

If you wish to return or exchange a product after receiving it, you may do so provided the following conditions are met:

• Timeframe: Returns or exchanges can only be requested within the first 5 business days after receiving the package.

• Condition: The product must be in its original condition. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product shows no signs of use, retains all original tags, is in pristine condition, and includes the original box and accessories in perfect condition.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping and insurance costs for returns will be borne by the customer. The packaging must ensure that the product is received in perfect condition. The buyer is responsible for taking the necessary measures to ensure that the product, including its box, does not get damaged during return shipping.
